Neerulabs AS is the data controller responsible for this website.
2 Website visits
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information and request times to deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website, preventing abuse and resolving technical problems.
3 Hosting and processing
We use Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare and its service providers can process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare's transfer arrangements use the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, as described in its Data Processing Addendum.
We use Google Workspace, provided by Google, to send, receive and store email. Google can process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in its Data Processing Addendum.
4 Retention
Cloudflare keeps technical request data only as long as needed to deliver and protect the website. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to resolve your request and any follow-up, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
5 Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
